Here you will find a range of historic vessels – from 100 years of America’s Cup yachts and 150 years of famous Royal Navy warships at the peak of Britain’s sea power to a series of famous paddle steamers; we show a History of Sail – from the Romans to the 19th century; a series of beautifully drawn coastal sailships and specialised merchant sailers. There is a magnificent Crown lithograph of the Cutty Sark, the world’s only surviving extreme clipper, and unusual prints of Thames Livery Company barges from the 17th to the 19th centuries.
