Shipping Methods
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs to some parts of the world (the USA*, and Singapore for example) are much higher than elsewhere. We would like to introduce free shipping for all purchases but loading that cost equally on everyone would be unreasonable when shipping costs to some countries can exceed the cost of the prints themselves. The heaviest part of every order is the protective tube in which most prints are shipped. Shipping cost is based on the size of the largest print(s) in your order (which dictates the size of the mailing tube we need to use).
Shipping cost is the same whether you order one or up to ten prints if you order from us .
Prints are normally shipped “to-be-signed-for” and/or “tracked”. This is the only way we can verify delivery. Shipping cost includes postage, packaging and Stripe/PayPal credit/debit card and other payment fees we pay on every order. Orders comprising only STANDARD sized prints are shipped in cardboard-backed flat envelopes and occasionally in small tubes. Large and Extra Large prints are shipped in mailing tubes. Trade orders are usually shipped in flat packs. Product Categories show the size of prints in that category (Standard, Large or Extra Large). Remember: the shipping cost you pay is that for the size of the largest print in your order.

Returns will be accepted if received within 30 days of shipment, at purchaser’s cost of return and providing returns are undamaged to:
